Great food and best customer service. Definitely will visit this place again.

I am not very familiar with Ethiopian food, but it was tasty. They give you tons of the crepe like bread.

Summary:
--good quality Ethiopian/Eritrean food in a casual, low key setting
--good lunch spot for a group of at least 4, so you can get a shared, combination platter
--figure 1.5 hours for lunch unless you pre-order by phone or something
--good vegetarian options
--very friendly and helpful service
--easy to find with good signage from the street
--easy parking in adjoining, strip mall lot

Four of us went here for lunch after reading through the reviews, two of whom had never had this type of food. We got a veg & meat combination platter for sharing and asked for it not spicy as a lowest common denominator. This meant I ended up shaking chilli onto everything to get it close to "normal."

There are several breakfast options that look worth trying, but I forgot to find out when it opens. Duh.
