I love that Soup Shop is a pho spot that is open late! I’m a night owl so this works out perfectly for me. It is very well lit and there is plenty of parking. Their service is also pretty quick which is a plus. I ordered the pho combination and my boyfriend loved the pho oxtail! Their Vietnamese iced coffee is strong as it should be so be prepared to be wired after drinking it. We also had their flan which is displayed in their bakery displayed case as you walk in. It’s a wonderful way to finish off your meal.

Post Disneyland eats, we were craving something soupy and hot after a long day of fun. Soup Shop is just around the corner from Disneylands’ parking structure, and being the closest to us, it was the easiest choice.

Cozy and clean spot with a surprising amount of seating! The menu ranges from standard appetizers to the more novelty, “Crunchy Pork Bao.” Garlic Noodles and pho being one of the more popular orders, with reviews all raving about how the ledger of the dishes are amazing. Prices are higher than your normal Pho spot. Has the modern price with the modern service, as service was quick and friendly. Consistently checked up on us and kept our glasses filled!

We both opted for the Combination Pho with a price tag of $17. This was a heavy price tag, but it’s now ranked #1. The portion was huge, noodles were fresh and easily loosened against the broth, and the bowl was littered with a tremendous amount of steak, meatballs, and tripe. What's mind-blowing is the broth, so much depth. Really murky with the beef flavoring, you have to try their in-house chili sambal oil as well! A little goes a long way as it certainly had a kick.

It's definitely our new favorite spot, can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. We totally recommend!

Hidden spot but nice and clean. Tried the crispy pork bao, garlic noodle with fried chicken, Cajun fries, and chicken pho. It was all delicious with clean presentation. If you like garlic, gotta give the garlic noodles a try, it was yummy. I’d definitely come back to try other items on the menu.

Fries were missing a lot of Cajun seasoning and only had about a teaspoon of garlic. Were also kind of undercooked and not very warm. Pho was ok, a little pricey. Garlic noodles were very good though. Giving 4 stars because service was nice.

Food was great ! Portions and price are just right and for the quality you get it is awesome. Similar menu to vox kitchen and sup noodle bar, fams kitchen. The jasmine rice was fluffy, warm and soft. All in all I recommend the place. They are open pretty late too which is awesome. Went with a big group and everyone loved their food. There is likely something for everyone here
