“We came for a late dinner, ordered the 12” chicken shawarma meal, there were 2 people ahead of us waiting for their food. Unfortunately we ended up waiting for almost 25 minutes, i thought maybe those 2 guys ahead of us ordered a bunch of food, but i saw them pick it up, they got the same thing we did, one each. When we did get the food, the fries were very fresh and tasted great, shawarma had a lot of chicken and it was clearly marinated in a lot spices, as it should be. The pickles were proper Middle Eastern ones, i loved them. I wish they provided more garlic sauce for the meal. One little container is barely enough for half of 12” shawarma… Either way the food was great quality, hopefully the next time we come, the wait time will be closer to 10-15min”

“Tasty healthy gluten free meal! It taste pretty good and clean. I got the pulled pork grain bowl $7.98 with tax. Lots of vegan vegetarian options too Love how all the veggies are chopped up with the rice. Great fast healthy lunch. I was skeptical about the size of the bowl from the images thinking it might be a side dish. Its a decent size, it fits about the size of your hand and 3 inches tall. Good lunch size with out over stuffing yourself Take note it’s Ghost kitchen or virtual kitchen. So you order on the self serve or order online and pick up at the locker. It’s all Togo, so no place to eat there”

“I do not know why it isn't addressed anywhere and why it states "dine in" this is a commercial kitchen for multiple carry out restaurants. You can order at a kiosk and wait but it is not a dine in location. We went here and picked all of the options that we wanted and apparently picked from multiple businesses. The items from Umami were deleted when we went to pay, message said that those options were currently closed. I have a feeling this is our dystopian food future.”

“We freggin LOOOOOOVE this place!!! The delivery associates are awesome!!!! They are ALWAYS so grateful and ALWAYS have a smile on thier faces! We have NEVER had an issue with pizza or the drivers!!!! Customer service is really good NOW... I remember we stopped calling this specific location for like 3 years we had a REALLY REALLY bad experience ALMOST EVERYTIME we called... Something was ALWAYS wrong and the customer service use to be terrible!!!! I mean ABSOLUTELY horrible!!! Until one day we decided to give it another shot... Then we met NORM who was the MOST AMAZING person!!!! He changed everything for us!!! Every experience with him was so personable he really changed our outlook!!!! We havent seen him in a while so i hope all is well with him... But this is a great location keep up the good work everyone!!!!”

“I would honestly have to say that the pizza variety and the flavors are on point but at this particular location that the employees just seem to not care too much about friendly service or getting the pizza orders correct. The man who took our order was very friendly but you could tell by the look in the rest of the employees that they were either stoned out of their minds or just didn't care to be working their at all. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with jalapeños on half of it. Once it was done my girlfriend an I drove all the way back to our hotel room only to find out that they had give up ham, bacon, and jalepeño. Now I was not complaining at all but because my girlfriend ordered it, we called them and told them that they had made a mistake. I returned to grab the pizza we had ordered and by the time I made it back to our hotel room the pizza was mildly warm. Not to mention the very inconvenient location of the store itself. I drove by the location twice just looking for it.”

“It is a 50% chance in this location to have a pizza for the price. Takes long to get your food and not to friendly and respectful to the customers. When we went last Friday, the girls was yelling at the customer because she couldn't get the name of that poor lady (of course in our side we can ear them taking about customers). Went 4 times and get 2 bad experiences, they won't see me again. Sorry, usually I am not so hard with place even if I am not satisfied.”
