This is the 3rd location I've been to in the area. I would have to say that this one was the best of the 3. The food was hot and fresh. The service was very polite and helpful. There was a little problem with the gift card I was trying to use but the cashier sorted it out. I was satisfied with everything. I am sure that they really do everything by hand because each of the 3 places I've visited have had different fried zucchini. There is a very simple breading procedure that will have very clear results. I have noticed that each of the places don't always use the procedure. Which is good because then I actually know it's not frozen. There actually is somebody back there doing it but...they gotta do it right, lol. This location did it right and the results are nice even breading without burning.
The food was delicious, but the got the order wrong. Ordered hamburger with everything but cheese, got it plain with nothing! The onion rings were tasty but only got 3 onion rings. I never had problems before but this was bust.
This place has been here for a long time now. I remember when they started in the Inland Empire and they slowly moved across going west. They serve generous portions of food and a good variety to choose from. This particular place has a great staff that comes around after you've been served to freshen your drinks and clear your empty plate and such. Quite unusual for being a "fast food" establishment especially when you don't get this service from the bigger restaurants. I highly recommend this place and don't be shy to use your coupons!
The people are very friendly and provide great service. They always custom make very thick (eat them with a spoon) milkshakes at my request. Food is pretty good (others in my party think it is great).
Expect wait times when busy .Cooked to order with breakfast all day and you have to wait. Get over it. Is wait worth it? I think so. Onion rings and zucchini are very good. Very good menu selection.
