La Carniceria Wagyu

My boyfriend and I came for sandwiches. They were absolutely delicious and portions are huge. My boyfriend got the steak sandwich and I got the Trio. Both were fantastic. I asked if they could make mine without bread and they very kindly did. I can’t wait to come back to try more of their items.

Great quality meat and service! The owner is really helpful and quality is unmatched. Tried a couple of their Wagyu cuts and my wife and I enjoyed them immensely. Their carne asada and chorizo are really good too!!

If you're a great chef like I am then you know the Importance of Quality Ingredients and La Carniceria Wagyu has THE Best High Quality Wagyu Meat Cuts in the entire Southern California Area, along with all the traditional Carne Asada, Chorizo and Pollo Asado that many Carnicerias are known for, but only the best quality products here at La Carniceria Wagyu, on Brea and Lambert, in between the Autozone and the 7-Eleven. Very Highly Recommend. For Meat Connoisseurs like myself, Mario is my Go To Butcher. Great Customer Service and A Friendly, No-Pressure Environment. If you haven't tried Wagyu, you don't know what you're missing 👍🏻

Worth a lengthy drive, even with crazy gas prices. You'll have enthusiastic, friendly, and super knowledgeable staff ready to make sure you get the best meat experience you can. The product is not inexpensive, but it is worth every penny. I'd post a picture, but I've eaten everything already!

This place is legit. Look, if your looking for a standard steak like you would find at Staters or another grocery store, this place really isn't your gig. If you want superb quality, this is the place. You get what you pay for, and it's worth every bite! Look at the marbling on this A5 Ribeye!!
