Great service, Knowledgeable staff. I had an issue with my smoker that I purchased from BBQ Galore. The manufacturers resolution was not acceptable, I brought the issue to BBQ Brea and they went to bat for me with the manufacturer.. A few days later I got a brand new unit. Shopped around for a pellet smoker got a good deal no tax on the holiday Awesome. If you need something smoked you know who to call I bought the biggest one I could find.
