ETCetera Sushi & Izakaya

Hands down the best sushi restaurant in all of Orange County. Fresh fish daily, and every time you go your fish and rolls taste the SAME! Staff is excellent, service is top notch. You’ll never find me anywhere else for Sushi!

Came in on a rainy night and entered a lively world under high ceilings with a very warm ambiance. The service was perfect from the very start (and would continue until the moment we left); we were instantly greeted and offered a table, and as soon as we were seated our server came right over and got us started. The food was impressive and the quality of the fish was truly telling of the effort this place puts forth for their customers. It was just incredible!

The menu seemed to have something for every taste and we tried quite the variety without a single disappointment! Five stars for service, five stars for ambiance, and a very satisfied happy five stars for the food! Truly a highlight in Orange County's sushi scene.

Solid sushi. Great customer service and fast delivery. Had a good experience and recommend for lunch. The atmosphere had a cool vibe to it also.

Super fresh tasting fish. An amazing specials selection and very good uni and oysters. Great affordable beer too. I enjoyed.

This place is excellent. A modern yet traditional, very well executed sushi place. The style is traditional Japanese but it's run by Americans so you get a bit of an eclectic feel to the place.

Most importantly, the food is excellent. The options are the usual sushi restaurant stuff, and their execution/presentation is spot on. The tempura batter is a bit on the heavy side, but the sushi rolls and appetizers are quite tasty.
