Very friendly lunch staff. Alberto is very good at what he does. The only down side is the franchisee charges for condiments not included in any signature sandwiches. Example: if you order their classic italian, and you want mushrooms and cucumber let's say, you will be charged for these items since they're not included in the classic italian. Still recommend this location for lunch.

Great experience
I went in, 4 people in front of me, about 25 behind me. Only 1 worker. Ricardo! This guy was a magician at taking orders, making the food and checking out.... constantly smiling and upbeat.

Thus was a stressful hour for Ricardo and he mastered it.

He acts like a boss that is very engaged in his busines. Sadly I do not get the impression he has any ownership.

Ricardo, if you ever lose this job, come work for me. Your enthusiasm is infectious.
