I've been working out here for about three months now and I absolutely love it here. Coach Luc (@luka_fitness) is wonderful. I have been feeling healthier than ever after I started working out here. The people who work here or are just members are all so nice and accepting. The prices are very affordable too. If you aren't sure about the gym and want to try it out, they have day passes for you to try out classes before making a decision. There are so many classes one person can take, so many skills to learn. Definitely recommend!

I did not know what to expect when I bailed on my yoga membership and signed up for a three day trial at American Gym Boxing. I showed up so nervous and was immediately treated with respect, smiles and kindness. I ended up going nearly 6 days a week just because I loved it so much. I never had so much fun working out! Plus it was the first kind of workout I ever did where my focus wasn’t on losing weight and changing myself but really about strength and self acceptance. I overcame a lot at this gym and I am so lucky I came across it. Unfortunately I moved to Australia so I had to stop going, but I won’t even try boxing here because I’m so attached to this place! It’s an old fashioned boxing style gym with a modern feel and super kind people!!!

Best workout center... very clean and energetic

I am considering joining this gym so I am checking out a couple of the classes here. So far, I've been very impressed with the staff, class trainers, and the facility. Just the bathroom/locker room alone is a big sell. It is stocked with everything one would need to get ready for work after a work out.
