Coffee, bakeries and service were great. They prepared a sitting area for our large group, everything came quickly. The breakfast options are limited and pricey however everything is prepped and done on site with finest ingredients. The heritage bread was amazing and pastries are not too sweet. Parking is limited but complimentary vallet parking is available

Great new bakery in OC. I actually really loved the fact that they used ancient whole grains in their baked goods. I tried the blueberry lemon scone and it was surprisingly earthy, hearty and nutty. Very unlike any other scone I've had in the past but in a really good way. The cinnamon roll made when sourdough is interesting, not what I'd typically choose but it is made with sourdough so it tastes like sourdough. I just wanted to try it to see if I'd like it. I preferred my friend's scone more.

The Vermont maple latte was beautiful and delicious. The real winner was the French omelette with hassleback potatoes and roasted cherry to tomatoes. So simple but delicious with great textural contrasts. I'd definitely try more of their savory breakfast items and bowls next time.

Stopped by this cafe while we were in the area for a caffeine boost. This hole is the wall is so aesthetically pleasing! The interior is spacious and open with bakery goods on one side coffee bar on the other. The workers were really nice, the croissant was made with sourdough and it tasted like a regular croissant but better! They also have a lovely patio in the back, perfect to soak in some sun and relax.

It’s New Popular be patient and go early during the week would be the plan until they get a little more settled.

I found easy parking both times I went. I was greeted so warmly and kindly by all the staff.

My omelette was ok 👍 I like the ones at Moulin much better. My coffee was Excellent tho and I took some bread home 🏡 and it was delicious 😋… I’ll be back to try more. I feel good about eating hear knowing how much care they put into thier food. Seems to be a great addition to our area.

Had the pleasure of going to the new Eller Bakery today after a workout, and it didn’t miss a beat! Just recently opened, you can feel the labor of love this place is. Everything they serve is organic, no fake sugars or toxic seed oils, it’s genuinely GOOD food & incredible in house roasted coffee! They also mill their own grains! Best sourdough I’ve ever had. The space itself is stunning, you just want to hang out & be there. Owners are present & very involved, you can tell everyone working there is committed to providing an excellent experience. Can’t wait to go back!
