Best noodle bowl I've ever eaten! Highly recommend! There was a line to wait but it moved quickly. You use the app to order and the food is served very quickly. My only down score about the atmosphere is that it's a small restaurant but other than that it's great food and great service!

A cozy place in South Coast plaza food court. The flow is fast so if you see a line don’t be panic. You can scan QR code for menu and ordering, very efficient system where they can use less labor and convenient. You can choose the thickness of noodles and if you want your shrimp peeled or not. Highly recommended!

On a rainy day during my visit to Orange County, the buzz surrounding Le Shrimp Ramen in West Coast Plaza drew me in, promising a perfect remedy for the weather—a steaming bowl of ramen. Opting for their signature trio shrimp ramen, I was not disappointed. The soup delivered an extraordinary blend of saturated shrimp flavor, brimming with the freshness of various seafood elements and a delightful creaminess. Each bite of the crunchy shrimp balls and the remarkably fresh shrimp felt like a direct connection to the ocean; the quality was truly outstanding, as if the seafood had just been plucked moments before reaching my table.

Le Shrimp Ramen has successfully captured the essence of an exquisite ramen experience within the simplicity of its menu, offering a delightful journey for any ramen enthusiast.

It's good for a quick lunch / dinner especially on a cool day. Their signature is really good if you are a shrimp person. You can also get the dry noodles instead without shrimp if you do not like the overly shrimp flavors.

The shrimp broth is flavorable enough by itself - even a vegan meal with shrimp broth is good.

Service is more courteous than expected after two times visiting here.
