We tried the Impossible Tokyo Vegan Mazemen, the Asari Tonkotsu and Vegan Ramen. They are all very delicious. It was our first time trying the Ramen without broth. There were different combination of toppings that mixed in with the noodle and a spicy sauce. It is different but we liked it. We arrived at 4:55pm and there were already 2 groups of customers waiting in front of us. The place slowly filled up. Service is good, people are friendly. They have outdoor dining too. Will definitely return to try their other dishes.
Wow, the mazeman was amazing. It was our first time trying it and it was so good. The brothless ramen was packed full of flavor. We got the Deluxe with the chasu pork. The shishito peppers were also fantastic as was the takoyaki. It can get crazy busy but the service was fast and they checked on us regularly for refills and what not.
This is my first time trying mazemen ramen style and I love it! If you love dry noodle but with a lot of sauce and poached eggs, you will like this bowl of ramen! The place is small but very nice. Staffs are friendly. Highly recommended!
Came in for lunch and there were plenty of tables to sit. I took a bar seat and ordered the Tokyo, being my first time the server Hannah was quite helpful in explaining what the whole experience was like. If you were to forget on the wall the steps were painted with visual aids.
The bowl was extremely filling, so do expect to be full and then some. The flavors started from savory, to sour, to all mellowed out by the end.
Definitely would recommend if you would like a good filling meal!
Found this new restaurant on Yelp and went to try it out during lunch time. I have never tried Mazemen before and this was the best experience. Majority servers speak Japanese, which made me so excited about the authenticity of this place.
I ordered the deluxe Mazemen and it comes with two sliced of pork and minced pork. Mazemen is type of dry noodle with very flavorful sauces, which has green onions, soy sauce and other ingredients. Following the nice instructions provided by the server, we mixed the noodle and add a little big vinegar and sesame seed. The noodle was so tasty and we inhaled the whole meal less than 10 minutes. At the end, they will give you a small rice to mix with the sauce.
Service is extremely good in this restaurant, servers are smiling and constantly asking about your experience.
The soft Takoyaki is just ok, probably no need to order it.
Will definitely come back again and again for the Mazemen!!!
