    Quick at lunch time I work around the corner, friendly staff, nice and clean.

    The place was very clean, and there wasn't a line at lunch time. The food tasted about the same as their other places.

    Another positive is they have great WINDOWS and are on the corner. You can park next to the restaurant and keep an eye on your car. Although the parking near the restaurant is not in the Security Camera Zone, I think it's better to keep an eye on your car or truck. --Especially if you have a work truck with a lot of tools and stuff. The cameras in the security zone of the parking lot don't really do anything, I have seen a lot f shady characters begging and checking out cars there. This is the new California and Cypress isn't what it used to be; we all have to deal with this.

    Unlike other Chipotles employees are restricted from filling up your boals you can only have so much rice and you get exactly on scoop of meat, so sometime the bowl is not totally full.

    I love their guac more than anything and they serve such great bowls, too. Chipotle’s food never fails to make me happy. HOWEVER, we have received undercooked meat (the steak) before, that was kinda sketchy.

    My food was great! But there was no ice. And it smelled like poo. My food was good though. Kinda.
