Maybe because it was the first day of the new year or maybe because they have the best French toast in the world but there really is no better way to start a day than with them. “The atmosphere and food was decent. Not exceptional. Pretty standard. It seemed like the bartender was ignoring us all night. It took almost 10 mins to get a glass of wine and it was not a busy night. There were still several seats open at the bar. He barely acknowledged we we're sittng there, just kept walking by us. “Harbor House is a coffee shop with a quaint atmosphere, good food and nice employees. Breakfast is served all day which is a plus for me. I had the Eggs Benedict and it was good. I love Eggs Benedict so I'm a little critical in my opinions on them and I have had better. My only real complaint about the place is that the booth seats were pretty tight against the table, it felt odd. But I would go there again.”

“I mean.. its a "5" based on comparisons against other Taco Bells. Of course it isn't a 5 against nicer places. You should already know what you're getting into food wise when you come here. lol. I use the mobile order app and the food is always waiting for me when I arrive. Since it isn't ever too busy, it is best if you confirm your order about 3-5 minutes away max. Cheese on the nachos was slightly funky tasting last time I went in, but shame on me for ordering something with liquid cheese to begin with!!!”

“If you want a great view looking south over Dana Point or west out to the Pacific, this is the place to go. The food however was below par. Of the four items we ordered, only one, the $15 crispy calamari steak, hit the mark. The other three items including a $13 average sized bowl of lobster bisque were not good. Just didn’t taste right. Some of the seafood skewer vegetables were not cooked enough and one would expect for $35, they would be. The service was about average. A restaurant with such a great view as this one should be packed on a Friday night but there were plenty of vacant tables and I have no doubt it was because of the sub standard food and service. My suggestion; park in their lot or nearby for 5 mins and take in the view, then go elsewhere to eat.”

“Craft house happened to be a random spot selected in the area for brunch in addition BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS! Their food was amazing especially the pancakes with fried chicken and their biscuits and gravy. My friend and I ordered an additional side of biscuits and gravy just to savor it once more lol. You can book a reservation online (which I would recommend if you want seating in the patio area on a Sunday). This will be my go to spot whenever I'm back in the area!”

Try their turkey sandwich that comes with avocado - really good. And the staff and the front cashier are always nice and helpful. And try to seat on one of their tables that is a converted surfboard :-)”
