“This little gem is a marriage between 7 Leaves and Crema Bakery (Seal Beach, CA). The food is delectable, almost whimsical. I like the petite salad that paired alongside my "eggs benedict". The poached egg was spot on, the bacon crumbles were perfectly crisp without being burnt, and the mini croissant was light. The hollandaise was creamy and luxurious. I would say the chocolate croissant was a tad dry, but the waffle with vanilla cream I could easily eat every day. I tried both the jasmine tea and the Thai tea. Both were superb.”

“Wow. Everything is good. We tried the cheesecake, the brioche, and the Portuguese donuts, along with a coffee drink and a horchata. All very tasty. The Brioche tasted like the ones we got in France. The drinks were a bit too sweet for my taste but still very delicious and well balanced from a flavor perspective.”

The restaurant has limited seating so large groups are not easily accommodated... but you can always order your food to go. If you like crispy fries, stop by Ikram. I always go with chicken.
