Service was great and fast. Pizza was good except one thing: there was a sourness to the pizza sauce everyone in my group tasted that threw us off. Typically, we all like to taste the spices or a bit of sweetness in the sauce, and while the rest of the elements of our pizzas were great, the sauce felt off to us. It was our first time at Blaze, so we figured it's just how they do sauce there. Also, the women in my group thought the line where the workers made the pies was a bit messy, but I've worked at places like this before and I know how difficult it is to keep everything neat while tossing pizzas in the oven at a fast clip, so the one star off doesn't include that. Also, the fountain drinks and their agua fresca beverages were delicious. It all goes back to the sauce. Kinda left us all puzzled. Great otherwise.

Pepperoni, sausage, ham, don't forget the bacon, jalapenos and spicy red sauce of course. With lots of mozzarella all on top of it. Oh yeah baby, with a large Diet Coke refillable of course now that's the ticket. Please visit my website the ice Road King on YouTube thank you

One of the yummiest pizzas I have ever had in California. Stone fire grilled and yummmmmy. You get to make your own mix for the pizza and the choices are really wide. Very clean and wide selection. Prices are reasonable and they offer wine and beer. I will go there again soon!

Very cozy place. You get to create your own pizza choosing toppings, sauces, even thickness. Price is very reasonable. Pizza turned out to be very tasty. Mostly the thin pizza is the perfect choice, it is baked in a stone fire grill / pure fire, which gives the pizza the taste it has. The place has beers and wine too. The lightning and seating makes its environment warm and you don't feel like you are in a fast food restaurant. I would go there again definitely. The kids loved the pizza.

This review is all about the customer experience. The team working tonight was upbeat and provided great service. Brian and Carlos on the line were particularly memorable.

If I could criticize one thing it would be that some of the veggies seem dry from sitting out for a while. This is not enough to lose a star in my book.

All around a good place to eat a build your own pizza. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating at this location.
