Eduardo hands down has the best customer service!! After going in circles with reservation services he made it happen for us to celebrate my sons birthday. He is Amazing!! Food and drinks are good. Waitress with glasses was also great!!

Management and reservation services on the other hand should definitely learn customer service from Eduardo!! The woman I spoke to in reservations was literally no help. Manager Lightning skinned lady also was no help and straight out said she could help us out with anything.

We had a family birthday party for our 15 year old grandson. Good food, great service. Included several younger kids and they had a great time. Very clean and refurbished. Adult beverages, nice arcade, clean restrooms, lots of free parking, and nice food selection. We brought a birthday cake and everyone had a fun time.

I was amazed of how well organized and customer friendly this place is,....especially wh3n compared to another Alley in La Habra called 13 Frames. This place is certainly on a whole different level.

Wehosted my daughter's birthday here. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They made everything super easy. They kept ob checking on us and kept our food and drinks stocked up. The facility was clean and everything seemed orderly. The lines were moving fast and there were multiple people behind the counter. Very kid friendly, I felt safe with out kids there. We look forward to our next visit and plan to make this one of our regular family places.

Went Here with a party of 9. Got two lanes and played 1 game. Got two samples a d 6 drinks. Played about 150$ not bad for about 2 hours. Had a good time. Played a couple of games. Prizes are in a vending machine.
