I think that was caused by new staff and trying to open a new store, now that they're more experienced things ought to get better. Only reason I rated 4 stars and not 5 is the price, it's expensive among all Panera Breads but if their choose two was 10$and included a drink I would come here all the time, its about 15$ however so I come only in occasion.”

“Always great at any branches! However, I've enjoyed it the most often at this particular place recently, so that's why I am leaving a feedback here. Crispy bun, tasty hamburger sauce and yummy french fries. To me, none of other french fries are comparable to ones at IN-N-Out yet. It's like I can feel more of the fresh natural tastes of potatoes with their french fries. Addition of jalapenos as a side is also a great change! I am not sure but it seems they've just recently added it. Just like all of it!”

“Better than I remember. I was babysitting a 3 year old and a 6 month old and brought them here on a Saturday night around 5. The 3 year old loved running around and playing the games. The pizza actually wasn’t bad. It was busy but not too busy. $30 for pizza for 2 adults and more than enough tokens for games. Easy entertainment for a young crew.”

I miss the peppermint chocolate chip shake. It's seasonal but so good! The frosted coffee is definitely a must. If you're looking for a healthier option you can order the super food side instead of fries. And if you get the app, you can scan for points every time you order. A couple weeks ago, my lunch was completely free! I used my points! Today I got my breakfast burrito for free by using my points!”
