“Hubz and I live right across the street from here, so we’re driving past this place every day, sometimes 2 times a day. With the giant O staring at us, I’m reluctant to tell you how many times we’ve accidentally wandered over here in the midst of walking our dog. Yes, this donut shop might look like any other donut shop, but it’s not. The service is super friendly, and the donuts are a good deal! It’s about $8 dollars for half a dozen. My go-to is a box of the original glazed donut, both decadent and airy. I totally recommend it!”

“I like this place. There is usually a wait on the weekends but it's never too long. 20 minutes is the longest I have waited for a table. The coffee is usually good and served in a good sized mug. The meals are plentiful and have different options than other similar restaurants. The pies are really good. Every once in a while I will get a server who is either too busy or distracted to get better service but all in all I enjoy coming to Polly's. My kids love it too.”

“The pastries and cakes are delicious. The Black Forest Cake is especially good. Light and not overwhelmingly chocolaty, it's just right. All of the cakes are good. I enjoy the cinnamon twist, which is a semi-hard crunchy, light and flaky version and it's very good. The guava strudel is also delicious.”

“I came here today and the service was extremely nice and the food was tasty despite what other people said previously. I think that was caused by new staff and trying to open a new store, now that they're more experienced things ought to get better. Only reason I rated 4 stars and not 5 is the price, it's expensive among all Panera Breads but if their choose two was 10$and included a drink I would come here all the time, its about 15$ however so I come only in occasion.”

“Who could refuse a stone cold ice cream from cold stone. I love the featured creations but also love creating my own which the staff are happy to do . Great choice of cones and baskets to choose from also. The staff are always so patients. The only concern I have is staff safety. Last time I was in cold stones in Fullerton there was only one girl they're quite young and finding it hard to cope on her own as we were leaving a group of guys who seemed a little high and raucous enter the premises and she didn't look too happy. My husband and I hung around outside for a while to make sure she was ok. Feel there should always be two people present in that shop”

“I’m a very last minute planner; a true procrastinator and one of the best. Called this place the night before my event and they knocked it out of the park!! They met my deadline with a smile and didn’t complain or balk at all. 250 cupcakes with 24 hour notice. Exceedingly friendly. Extremely delicious. Overall just perfect. I will definitely be back and will do my best to steer business their way. They deserve it!!”
