The quality of meat is great. They give you a print out of the age of the meat. They cook the meat for you. The cheese is yummy with the pork. I loved the risotto but expect a spicy kick!

Sookdal is famous for low temperature salt water aging pork belly.

Taste of pork belly is the best in this restaurant.

You can eat pork belly with salt,
chopped garlic, wasabi,
grilled cheese and many different
pickled vegetables
(Cucumber, Cabbage, Radish tops etc.)
for unique taste.

Come while there’s no wait. Once the populace discovers this amazing place, prepare for Mr. BBQ level wait times. About $30 per person for a party of five including gratuity and no drinks. Excellent service. You know that you’ve made it in life when Korean people cook Korean bbq for you. Bring a Korean friend for an even more authentic experience. 10/10 would pork belly again.

Tastes good meats are fresh. Lack of customer service. All servers are too slow and not organized except one young boy helped us. He was good but he was only one good server.

High quality pork. Best Korean bbq I had in a while. Price was very reasonable. Service was excellent and would totally go again.
