My friend and I were unable to have tea as there were several parties scheduled. We learned that it is best to make reservations for the weekend. The person we spoke with was very nice and helpful. My friend and I plan on making reservations and give it another try.

Wonderful setting. Great customer service. Not a busy morning when I visited. Food was very well made. I happen to come on a day she made oxtail stew. It was amazing. Will return just for another serving of that. Its like she cooked wonderful scones and food and opened her home to share with us her creations. You have to be a fan of Tea to enjoy a visit to this quaint place.

Nice quiet location, great for a small group, the service is friendly and accommodating. The tea ware and table set are adorable. We had the High Cream Tea which was fantastic, we had our choices of soups, and two tea sandwiches along with dessert. The store is FULL of British candies and other pantry items, Canadians come here to find Smarties, Coffee Crisps, After Eight chocolates, Quality Street Chocolates and more!! ????????????????????‍♀️????

Excellent place for a nice (real) afternoon tea. It is quiet & comfortable, or full of laughter & fun (depending who you're with). Pamela herself is English, with a wicked sense of humour, so for high tea or just a bit of fun this is the place to be. My sis hosted a bridal shower, for Argentinians, & it was enjoyed by all. We also heard she's had princess parties too, kids are welcome.
