    If you are a Pho and BBQ pork vermicelli this is a place that has both plates at very affordable price and food has fresh and great flavor, plus their staff is nice and friendly!

    Quan By Restaurant is one of the many spots in Orange County that serves a great Pho ????. They have a nice staff and many menu items one can enjoy. This spot like many others is CASH ONLY. Again, CASH ONLY!!!

    Great pho love this place the servers could be a little nicer but the food is totally worth it.

    Food are good, but the services are not the best. Hate to pay for ice water when it suppose to be free everywhere else.
