Better than Class 302, Pretty good addictive milk tea! Also nice chicken, cool place to stop by and hang out! This is how to Irvine!!! :)

Who doesn't love Cha! Their boba is so soft and slightly sweet. They also have this fried chicken is so good!

I'll start by saying I'm not a huge boba fanatic, so maybe this place didn't hit me the same way it does others. That being said, the food is pretty good and the staff are always nice, so if you like boba or just want some quick food this is a good spot. Lines can get pretty long at certain times of the day though, so definitely check Google to try and hit the slower times ????

It's a super clean place with friendly service. They have sampling stations at the entrance so you can always try before you buy. I like their tea, but I think it's too diluted/thin. Their popcorn chicken isn't really Taiwanese, more like... homemade grade. It's garlicky and crispy though, even when it's cold. Definitely a good place for novices to have a boba tea.
