Good staff that remember my name and what I order. They make going to get coffee that costs too much bearable.
Best Starbucks in Irvine and one of my favorite Starbucks stores I have been to in the US. Spacious, clean, nice and lots of parking spaces right in front of the store. However, they don't open on the weekends and close at 5:30pm during the weekdays.
They are usually consistent with their drinks but some of the locations seem to need more training on certain drinks. I would say that they are good at making you feel welcome and the drinks are not bad. It is not the best coffee but that is going to happen when you have a big company like this.
This is possibly the best Starbucks in Irvine from the vantage point of doing work, having meetings, cleanliness, outdoor seating, and all the space around you. And their service is also awesome... from folks including Raman and Arie. Of course it helps that it’s literally next to where I work. Can’t say enough of how good this place is... now only if they remain open until 7 pm and also on weekends! Hoping they will do sometime in the future :-)
This is my favorite Starbucks. No matter how busy they get, they're always ready with a "Hello!" and a smile. I'm amazed at the great customer service this staff provides. I once ordered a Strawberry Green Tea Lemonade and ended up with a Matcha Green Tea Frapp.
WUT?
Never. In. My. Life. Would. I...
In any event, they promptly corrected the order and gave me the frapp on the house which I quickly flipped to a co-worker and scored some brownie points. Oh yeah!
Another time I asked for a plain bagel and they insisted I take some butter. How nice of them? I was honestly just going to smash-a-cado, but it was the thought that counted, right?
The space itself is nice with a long, padded bench on one wall with individual tables; outlets abound, natch. There's an expansive communal table in the middle of the space. A comfy, den-style seating area with mad-men era loungers is located next to the main entrance - perfect for reading (scrolling?) the paper. Several four-tops line another wall that looks out onto the patio. That's right - a patio - with umbrella tables and patio chairs. The music is always at the perfect volume. Adjacent to the patio is a courtyard that features cornhole boards and a giant connect four.
This location is a little out of the way. Nonetheless it's a great place to get away, relax, and enjoy a good cup of sunshine.
