Red Envelope

First time trying the pho here. I only tried cause the previous night a friend got it at a different location while I ate something else and as a Vietnamese person she approved of the quality of their pho so I decided that I wanted to try it for myself and so I did.
I brought my roommates with me and we each ordered all there iterations so I didn't try all three. The broth base is the same for all three which is a beef base. I thought it was different so I tried all 3 soup bases. To my surprise it was rich but also clean. It wasn't oily and the subtle flavor of the beef was there. The brisket was nice and tender and overall experience was great. It does look rather low quality since it comes in plastic bowl, but I think it taste pretty legit.

What a nice surprise it was today to find Red Envelope when out running errands. I needed a bite to eat and couldn't be happier right now. I got the Phoritto, which is pho ingredients with rice in a burrito served with a side of pho stock. It was simple amazing and reasonably priced. Definitely a new addition to my list of eateries.
