    Great, cute, family owned tea shop with fun desserts and interesting flavors. Excited to come back to try other stuff on the menu!

    Very cute shop
    Their croissant with ube filling was good but not omg this was the best lol the filling was not too sweet and that's why I liked it. I wished the croissant was a little crunch and more fresh.
    Their ube latte was pretty good too.

    Baum has both a great atmosphere and delicious food/drinks. Its family run and you can see how much they care about their shop. They put all their love into the drinks and food, and it shows! The owners are so sweet and patient with us choosing what we wanted☺️

    Matcha pancake: a real pure matcha taste. The pancakes are so fluffy and delicious!

    Boba pancake: so yummy, the boba surprised me! Chewy and bouncy, definitely comparable to other boba shops in Irvine

    White Grape Milk Tea: Again, boba is really good, perfectly cooked. Good tea flavor

    The greengrape ade and avocado scrambled toast is very good match! Strawberry souffle pancake is delicious! I highly recommend them!

    Very good experience! Avocado and pink hummus toast yummy 😋 Uve ice cream was delicious!!!! The Japanese pancakes are good it tastes like crème brûlée
