    When I crave boba, this is the place I go to, and it's just as good today as it was years ago. Their mango milk tea makes me sad when other places don't have it available. The popcorn chicken is always fantastic. The team is friendly, and the service of drinks is especially quick.

    On top of that, there's super cute places to sit right outside, water and ducks. And it's right next to a fantastic bakery.

    Highly recommend, even though the parking lot can be rough (I just drive to the back as if going to the offices when it's busy).

    Awesome! Have not been here for awhile but these employee favorites are fantastic! We had a coffee frappe with boba which was smooth and still not too strong. I'll order that one again. And again.
