Recently I ordered several items from The Habit #27 at Fig Garden Village in Fresno, CA. My app encountered a glitch and although I thought the order went through and was concerned to press "pay" more than once as it might deduct the price each time I pressed it.
I went into the restaurant where a Mgr. named Yolanda was very patient and could see how my order was stalled. She immediately corrected the error on my phone and while doing that had the cooks complete my order. She was so kind and considerate, and expedited my order apologizing for my frustration in trying to work through the problem on my app.
Kiddos to you Yolanda for going above and beyond what is expected of you. Hopefully, your boss will read this and acknowledge your dedication to wonderful service.
