    Food: 3/5
    Service and Setting: 3/5
    Value: 2/5

In the new shiny food ball of H-Mart, Tokyo Hamburg caught my eye. Service was typical and the food took a bit longer than other restaurants to come out. While I appreciate the variety that is served with their hamburg entrees (rice, fries, broccoli, slaw, soup, and macaroni salad), for the portion, I found the price to be crazy for what you get. If you are a die-hard hamburg steak fan like me, it may be worth to try. The choice is in your hands.

    Cheese Hamburg: 3.5/5
I love the way that Korean food does stuffed cheese so I was sure that this would be a major upgrade from the standard version. The hamburg steak was stuffed and topped with what looked like a slice of cheddar cheese and some mozzarella. They are pretty generous with the cheese but the portion of the meat is honestly lacking. In some areas of the patty, the cheese was cold and had a powdery sort of texture, akin to something like a bleu cheese. The overall flavor of the cheese was mild and the meat had a slight soy sauce flavor (I personally don’t like it, I would preferred something less strong). I found the overall experience to be meh, but I will admit that eating this together with all of the sides was pretty good and felt like a satisfying meal.

    French Fries: 3.5/5
Standard french fries. Definitely more crispy than fluffy. Good textural contrast with the meat.

    Macaroni Salad: 4/5
I liked this a lot. It has a very similar texture to a grocery store mac salad without the strong sweet, vinegar, and pickle flavor. It is slightly sweet with a sort of peppery sriracha flavor and I would order a whole side of this next time. Probably not because I bet they would charge $5 for a small cup #shade

    Cabbage Slaw: 4/5
I liked this a lot too. This has the green apple sort of dressing many good tonkatsu Korean restaurants use. It is sweet, slightly tart, and really yummy.

    Miso Soup: 3/5
Maybe a step down from a standard miso soup, but helps make the meal a meal.

The mushroom gravy hamburger is really juicy. The portion has plenty of side dish and we enjoy it a lot.
