“This was a quick in quick out. I went in for a wrongly ask for drink called a medium mocha frappe. They didn't laugh at me, and she didn't make me feel bad for not ordering correctly. What she did was smile slightly, look me right in the eye, and said, "(the correct name of the drink that I wanted)." I looked around the shop while I was waiting for them to prepare my drink. Did not actually realize that you can get everything from all kinds of coffee from all over the world, coffee makers and coffee mugs, or t-shirts and sandwiches. Starbucks is quiet a place to visit. There always seems to be plenty of people doing important things sitting and enjoying they're special drinks. One of these days I'll figure out what the stars are all about. I was told I have 50, but I have no idea what that means. Next time you're in the area, stop and take a look and buy your special drink. “When they say “made to order donuts” they mean it. Each time to visit they will freshly make your donuts and the best part is you can watch them decorate each one! Or don’t if you don’t like that sort of thing. But he warned, you will miss out on all the fun. Duck Donuts also has a plethora, yes I said that word, of flavors to choose from and you can customize each one to your liking. These donuts are perfect for any gathering I promise you. I’ve had friends come to me and say “ummmm.... Celeste I’m going to keep these. Okay, thanks!” It’s happened multiple times. Please go here and please share your experience with me! “Finally this plaza has one and only one tea studio. The line is crazily long and we waited for about 10 minutes. This place has cute interior decoration with a yellow color tone. The staff all wear yellow uniform as well. There are a few tables here and there for hanging out. I ordered a oolong Milk tea 75% sweet. It is definitely way too sweet for my taste so I’ll recommend 50% sweet in the future. Their standard cup is pretty big for the price which is good. To be improved, the restroom is pretty messy. There is no more hand soap and napkins are all over the floor.”

“Dunno why my last rating as 3 stars (maybe a weird customer service experience), but this has my go-to Micky D's since moving to Laguna Hills. Never had problems with my orders, and every person I chat with while in the drive-thru has been super pleasant. I go here several times a month to get my burger/fries fix, so they have been pretty consistent with their food and customer service. Really like these guys! :^)”

“This would be a five star review, but I had a pretty bad experience once and that knocks it down a star. The breakfast food is my favorite! Their croissant breakfast sandwich and the french toast are my go-tos. Usually, I order online and pick it up to go, but the one time I decided to stop by on a whim, the service was pretty awful. It was a little before 6pm, and their window signs, Yelp, Google, etc. all say they close at 7. I walked in to grab some pastries (no need for anyone to cook anything!) and the staff just kind of glared at me. One poor girl was obviously on her break, and she was very kind, but the woman on the floor stared me down and then just went back to wiping tables. I was standing at the register for at least 10 minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The girl on her break came out and asked if I'd been helped, and she seemed willing to do it, but whoever was on the floor sighed and came over to assist. She was obviously not happy about it, though. The pastries were stale (could've just been because it was late in the day) and I felt like I wasn't welcome at all. I haven't been back since I'm a little put off by that experience, but the food is good and everything up until then was nice. Who knows, maybe they just had a rough day.”

I'm sure the chicken is normally better, but our chicken was on the very well-done side. Strange that the soda fountain is on the interior, which means you have to ask the workers for a refill - not cool when it's busy.”
