“I like the fact that in all their chicken dishes, the chicken is always white breast meat, very wholesome. (I dislike the way some butchers just chop a whole chicken up, and you get grizzle, fat, skin, dark meat, etc) No mystery meat here, just top quality food ingredients. The food is healthy, always makes me feel good. The Vietnamese chicken salad rolls have fresh vegetables mixed in, (live enzymes), so your digestion is complete, you feel energetic. Not like that sluggish feeling one gets after eating a big hamburger and fries, that sits in your stomach like a greasy brick. This food is better for humans! I've been there so many times, they know me as soon as I walk through the door. One of my faves.”

I was not a wine lover before but when I tasted one of their wine flavors which is the Chardonnay, it has a good taste. Love it! Sweet (residual sugar) and sour (acidity) are obviously important components of wine. Have one yours!”

Just drive around the building to get to the smart kitchen entrance door. It is shared with other restaurants and it looks more like an office building than restaurant. Come to my car to realize that My battery just died! I have baby in the car and it was really hot! And here comes Taylor to the rescue. Besides serving us our warm coffee and delicious croissant, he is a part time hero! Runs into his car grabs his cables and helps jump our car!
