    Fries were cold, everything else was good

    I'm from out of state and never had Jack in the Box. For my first time, the experience was very nice. Food was great and the service was just as good for fast food. If you need a quick bite it's a good place to go.

    I went there about 6pm and there was no lines, greeted by the counter staff, took my order and delivered to my table within about 10 minutes, it seemed a little long but I think it was because they just put in a new batch of fries. Food was good, great service.

    I normally use the drive thru, they are nice and fast.

    Just quick food. Patient when ordering slow due to deciding what to buy. Buttery burgers were okay but still dry even with the added butter. The lettuce piece was over the top in size. Had to remove it to eat the burger.
