All you can eat Mongolian BBQ, you pick the ingredients from a buffet line and then they cook them up for you while you watch. They offer a variety of Asian alcohol and assorted drinks. Prices are reasonable and the food is tasty, you get to customize your sauce as well. Staff was polite and friendly. I can easily recommend this establishment.
O man I haven't had Mongolian in a while and this place definitely raise the bar of it. I'm lucky to have this place next to my work. It's ayce but there were a lot of people during lunchtime and it was almost impossible for me to go for the second round, but I was able to get just enough from the first trip. Everything is fresh there and they have decent sauces to go with it. It's better than most of the Mongolians that I have
It's good but it's all Mongolian wok. So all the diners have to be on the same page. That is infrequent to say the least. It was a little late, but they didn't tell me how to proceed. When I finally delivered my goods to the chef, I had zero sauces. I missed that station completely. The guy had to fetch me a cup to get some sauce so my meal wasn't flavorless. After all that it was... Well I have definitely had better. And did I mention this place is huge. I love Mongolian. BBQ but this isn't the place.
Big Wok is a great ayce experience. The buffet line is well set up, and the wok experience is enjoyable to watch.
Service is below average. On two separate occasions, we had difficulty getting drinks ordered. On the first occasion, we could not get a soda brought to the table for a good 10-15 minutes. On the second occasion they refused to bring hot water. Ice water was OK, but no hot water. The waitress forced us to order tea to get the hot water. Lame.
Place was busy so it took a little while to get around the wok. You put together your own ingredients and season it to your liking, then they stir fry it for you. Staff was friendly and they did a good job with the cooking. It's all-you-can eat, so you'll leave full! Would like to see them add shrimp to the selection. Will definitely be back
