Best Japanese taste, good environment at Mission Viejo mall, reasonable price.

Very good for what it is. Chicken teriyaki is there specialty. I go there once a week for 3 years now. No complaints. Staff has been mostly the same in that time frame, they are nice and do a good job.

Sarku Japan is my favorite food court restaurant of all time. I only wish there were more around ): The line can get pretty gnarly, but it moves fast enough. I will say that if you order gyoza, sushi rolls or something other than the grilled food, it may slow down your order a bit, since the cashiers are usually swamped with the register. Fairly priced, delicious, and huge portions. Whenever I'm down here I'll grab a plate!

The food is good but the customer experience is awful. They are not very nice, while ordering there they got my order wrong and when I ask them to fix it they got mad and said it was my fault for not ordering right. When I did order right it's just the lady at the cash register didn't write it correctly.
