    Really felt that this is not a TYPICAL Panera Bread. Extremely friendly guys.. usually I don’t put up reviews but I couldn’t hold back this time.

    Great service and excellent food. The chicken soup is very good. The chocolate croissant is delicious.

    I really like what Panera has been doing lately as a company. From the Clean Food effort to the new and improved App; they are becoming the "shut up and take my money" restaurant chain that I order from several times a week.

    However, this particular location needs some elbow grease. It seems like they have a lot of young people in the kitchen. The team at the registers are top notch but the kitchen staff sometimes seem to make mistakes on my order. In addition, rarely is my rapid pickup order ready when promised. As an example, I had to wait for an additional 15 minutes on my last visit, which is far from "rapid".

    After observing them for awhile, I have come to the conclusion that this is more a lack of supervision & leadership issue than a reflection on the staff themselves. It is clearly falls under the expedite and quality control categories, which both rests on a manager's shoulders.

    Hopefully, this review will identify and correct this so I can continue to shut up and let them take more of my money. :)
