    Directions show genetic way to get there are actually better ways to arrive at this site

    Unfortunately this location has very quite employees lacking any real customer service. Outside the young man at the front there was not enough customer service to earn 2 stars. The people working the machines and the "behind" the scenes need to go to customer service class 101. The only reason the three stars happened is because of the young man at the front, working the cash register, and the fact that it was convenient and I needed coffee.
