Cornbread delicious. I had the double pork chop which I thought was going to be a really.thock chop. I received 2 big juicy porkchops & could only finish one! Its now my go to dish when.I am.hungry.
This was our second visit to this restaurant. The food is excellent, hence the four stars. But this is a very expensive restaurant, so be prepared for a bill of over $100. Red wines were very good too, once they warmed to an appropriate temperature. My husband's wine was very cold while mine was just too cold for a red wine.
Only problem was that we attempted to pay using a Visa gift card only to be told that they do not accept gift cards. So buyer beware! They issue gift cards of their own though. Our thoughts are that they likely get hit with a fee for taking Visa or MasterCard gift cards and therefore don't want to take them for that reason. My opinion is that as expensive as they are, they certainly can afford the minute fee. Probably won't ever return for this reason.
A very good meal. The smell of the rotisserie chicken alone is enough to draw you inside. Really enjoyed it. Ample parking close to the building.
Pros: great quality prime rib french dip sandwich, good quality ribs, delicious daquari, nice atmosphere, great service, and a wonderfully unique smell...
Cons: not much selection (I personally couldn't find many appetizing options), chicken wasn't any better than a rotisserie you pick up from the store, expensive drinks
Had been wanting to go for years but will not be visiting again unfortunately.
Had dinner here tonight. Overall good but with some suggestions. Our waiter Austin was attentive and knowledgeable on the menu. Food was good. Suggestions: Need more appetizers. Maybe a charcuterie plate but right now they have very limited "Starters". But here is what annoys me...they have grilled artichokes on menu and tells you they are from N. Calif farm but then says they are not in season..only spring & summer. If they printed up the menu recently, and they have to note out of season...then why have them on the menu at all? Macho salad, chicken sandwich and Prime rib French dip were all good. I'll be back...
