A great local experience. Lovely staff and food was excellent.

Charming deli in an unassuming AFrame in PCH. Excellent sandwiches and good albondigas soup. Good place to meet friends or make new ones at the long communal table. Raisin oatmeal muffins were the best. Great peanut butter and snickerdoodle cookies, too.

This restaurant has a great vibe especially on Saturdays and Sundays where any number of LA Times and NY Times papers are spread atop the long community dining table awaiting to be pulled apart and read. I used to love the steak salad but now I go for the three salad choice where I can select 3 of eight salads and they never disappoint. Just delicious. This is not an inexpensive place but the food is so good its worth it.

A Restaurant is where the Arches used to be. This restaurant has white linen tablecloths and excellent service. They serve a lot of beef, but our mistake was ordering seafood. The halibut and scallops were both undercooked. The salad and soup were delicious. It did get a little loud as it filled up. Make sure to make a reservation.

Love A Cafe for the communal vibe. Wish they had a few more vegetarian/vegan friendly options. But it’s a great place for reading the newspaper over breakfast or picking up a tasty fresh lunch - great pastries!
