501 Park Avenue Bistro

After reading a review, we decided to try this restaurant tonight for takeout. Excellent decision! We met the Chef who assured us “his food was excellent and generous!” My husband had lamb risotto, outstanding! I had wagyu meatballs, large tasty meatballs with marinara sauce. We treated ourselves to an apple tart with French Vanilla ice cream. The best apple tart ever!
They have nightly specials, can’t wait to go back! Hint.. a neighbor walking by told us the Saturday night prime rib is yummy!

Great lunch and dinner options! The prime rib special is fantastic and they have amazing coffee. Met one of the owners last week when I walked over to try and order coffee and he told me unfortunately they were closing down the coffee shop during covid. He went inside and gave me two full bags of delicious succulent coffee (whole bean)
Can’t wait for the coffee shop to re-open!

Excellent food at reasonable prices and very friendly staff. The tempura fried chicken biscuit was fantastic. The christen was bee tender and the sriracha honey glaze was a tasty balance of heat and sweet. The amount of glaze was a bit heavy for my taste. The biscuit was also well done, having a firm exterior with a soft interior. I also have the apple tart, which was delicious. I’ll definitely be returning!

Amazing brunch menu with very affordable dishes including bottomless mimosas ???? great coffee and lattes with option for oat milk or almond, and both good savory and sweet breakfast dishes. My friends shared the stuffed french toast post brekky and I dipped some into the fresh fruit and Canadian maple syrup. Nothing to complain about.

Definitely one of our go to places to eat on the island! We love taking company here. The food is amazing, the service awesome, and everyone is so friendly!
