Four stars for the ambiance of being at an upscale Mediterranean restaurant at Fashion Island Newport Beach. Thursday night fairly empty. Food selection small. Food came quick

Amazing ambiance & attention to detail! Staff is extremely spot on the majority of the time. Apparently, young Mgmt. which should translate to more positives to negatives. Lack of experience & maturity show on occasion. Perhaps some maturity is necessary amongst the Management staff to aide with their range of their clientele.

Restrooms & white wood needs repainting, deep cleaning and/or updating.

They have superb fascia with olive oil. Just so delicious. Very posh decor.

Think French/Italian, not Greek or Lebanese Mediterranean here. The strength of the menu is the excellent variety of crostini options and other small plates. Mostly fresh/healthy with a few savory/naughty options to keep it balanced. Great for a shared meal. The entree selections feature a (somewhat) limited number of solid fish and meat favorites. The wine list is well done, combining some familiar choices and much more interesting European alternatives. Prices and atmosphere are typical Newport; lofty and enjoyable, respectively, without being too daring.

Excellent choice for dinner! Valet parking, friendly wait staff and creative medditeranian menu. There were 8 adults at our table and all had an excellent meal. We also enjoyed the signature drinks and good wine choices. We will definitely return !
