Wonderful sushi and nice atmosphere

This is my new favorite sushi bar in Orange County. The staff is extremely friendly. I like to,sit at the sushi bar. I get to see the fish up close. I like to read the specials off the board. Everything is extremely fresh and beautifully served. They also have a full bar in the event you want to come a little earlier and enjoy a cocktail.

I love this place. First off, very bright and clean inside with modern lines. Second, the staff greets you enthusiastically once you walk in.

I typically sit at the sushi bar and after many times going here the chefs know me. I all their sushi is fresh. Their specials are not to be missed. Once, I had their special Sweet shrimp sushi. The tail was still moving when it was put in front of me! Yes, I did wait until it stopped moving.

One of the few places I will eat uni.

Check them out. They took additional space so their dining room is larger now.

Sushi was very good, but the tempura ice cream that I was very excited for was awful. Literally just a cold, frozen, watery ball of ice cream wrapped in equally cold, chalky dough. Not a hint of tempura going on. And given that it was a tiny ball for $8, I was even more disappointed. Go here for the sushi, not the dessert.
