(March 13, 2019, 1:16 am)Delightful! Sat in the sun, enjoyed a perfectly grilled flat iron steak, passed on the french fries & upon recommendation of the server, had a mixed arugula & romaine salad. A glass of prosecco topped a perfect afternoon.

(December 13, 2017, 11:09 pm)This is attached to the Balboa Bay Resort, and has an excellent view and patio. It's probably the best patio/place to eat or drink with a view in the entire harbor. It's not very well known but it's a good place to have some food or drinks. The view doesn't come cheap, but the food is good and the atmosphere is great.
