Awesome salads, friendly staff and manager was very welcoming since it was the first time I went there.
HAPPY HOUR 3-5 BOGO! I had the eggplant goat cheese sandwich and hubby had the ancho chili steak sandwich. Loved both! forgot to take a pic, too busy eating! exactly what we were craving. Their lemonades and tea are also super awesome!! YUM YUM YUM
Soooooo good! So fresh! I will be returning! Friendly!
At the Orange Circle, hidden away back behind Snooze, is the gem of a cafe known as Fork and Salad. This is their first site on the mainland with the rest residing in the Hawaiian Islands.
Bright painted walls, clean new fixtures, exposed tall ceilings and old brick feature walls give Fork and Salad a modern vibe in an old town setting.
A large bar displays fresh healthy ingredients for a custom salad or sandwich of your choosing.
If ingredients like; Quinoa, purple cabbage, roasted beets, radish, kimchi, brussel sprouts, purple potato, cucumbers, kalamata olives, hummus, feta, Kale, spinach, purple sweet potato, raw beets, kimchi...sound good to you, then this is your place! They have all kinds of combinations of protein, vegetables, cheese and grains that can be combined into you custom designed meal.
So many choices, so little time...so for my first visit I went with one of their predefined menu items; Greek salad.
The salad arrived in a large bowl. I ordered it without protein and it was stacked with lots of vegetables including olives, Spring mix, romaine, chickpeas and tomatoes. I don't like searching for dressing in a dry salad and this salad did not disappoint. Lots of crisp veggies and a good portion of dressing made this item a new favorite.
Give Fork and Salad a try for some modern aloha dining.
First time visiting this location was a success. I've been waiting for it to open since I first heard of it months ago.
The food was all delicious and fresh, the staff was friendly and curtoeus. I ended up getting one of their multi grain noodle salads, and my girlfriend tried the ancient grains bowl.
We will definitely be back and are very excited to have the location near by.
P. S. Not sure how logical Otaku left their 4 star review on this location before it was even opened.
