Very fast service. Food was hot and flavorful. Staff were super friendly. Rick talked to us for awhile. Ribs were a favorite but the onion rings are impressive. I could have used some more BBQ sauce but I didn’t ask. Next time I will.
STOP! If you are in the city of orange or surrounding areas, this is the place you've been looking for. Before this place, I'd bbq my own ribs 1-2x each month. Now I have the same ribs I bought 6 months ago still sitting in the freezer. Takes me 30 minutes to drive here and i do it without hesitation. Everything here is perfect. Even the wife loves the brisket here. The spare ribs are . Make sure to get the onion rings too, they make them fresh. Sundays, they usually make off the menu items like pastrami or beef ribs so check their SM for updates. Price is commensurate to the quality and time needed for the end result. If you dine in, Rick, the owner and cook, will usually come out from time to time to check up and greet you to make sure everything is good. Great place
Best BBQ in Orange for sure. Onion rings are addictive. Didn’t get a picture of the pulled pork sandwich because I inhaled it before I thought about it.
Excellent food! I am from Kansas City, so my standards are pretty high. The brisket was juicy and tender. Had a different taste than I was used to but it was still good. Pork ribs were good. Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, and tater tots we're excellent! Overall, a nice experience. I will return. It is a bit pricey for what you get. The owner came out to greet us. He was very nice.
Some of the best BBQ in the OC we’ve had!! Went early afternoon on Father’s Day, just before the rush. Ordered 3 brisket; with sides of sweet potato casserole, adult Mac n cheese and Cole slaw. We also had a small sample of the Turkey & cranberry sauce. The brisket was fall apart tender & flavorful - you didn’t have to use a knife! The Turkey was super moist and the sauce was nice & light (Definitely will get a full order next time). It’s a walk up counter, where you seat yourself. Plenty of space for large families. Got caught up & forgot to takes photos before we ate it all! Showing only half of the onion rings we received.
