Went to Pow’Waw Food Truck at Post Falls Pavilion Pavilion. So good!! Amazing fresh fry bread with really great sauces! We tried the Frybread Flight and they gave us an extra piece of plain frybread to try with just the sauces. The Chile Wojapi sauce with Frybread was so good 😋! The salmon had the perfect amount of smoked flavor, turkey was super tender, and the bison 🥳. It was all delicious 😋. So much more to try, and they're on Door Dash!

The Indigidog was awesome. Fry bread was great, the dog was excellent and the sauces really tied it together!

THRILLED!!!! I loved this food SO MUCH!!! I’ve never had anything like Native American food before, and I LOVED it! It is so DIFFERENT and surprising! Absolutely my new favorite place to eat. When I have visitors come from out of town, THIS will be the first place I take them.
It’s a shame my camera makes it look dull and brown.. I guess you may need to go and see it for yourself! 😅🩷

the food we picked up was amazing! my new favorite place.. the pow'waw with Bison & salmon 🤌 great recommendation. Their fry bread is the bomb! and the maple juniper tea - loved it - everything.. just spectacular!

The food is very fresh and delicious. While I enjoyed each of the meat options, it's not really necessary. The fry bread with the delicious veggies is all you need. Very nice people and I'm glad they brought this to Coeur d'alene.
