“What an improvement from Poches. Neighborhood bar that caters both to locals and not so local people. Completely rehabbed the place from it's disgusting past and the new owners are super friendly. Great beer selection and all kinds of alcohol are available. Tacos were top notch and are reasonably priced. I'll be back for both the alcohol and the food. Back table even has an ocean view. What's not to love ??”

“This place has really high quality drinks, liquor and food. The owners and employees are also really nice. The first time we were there(before they had food), it was kind of a slow night and they were nice enough to show us the back portion of the actual distillery. As far as their drinks and liquor, we've tried multiple cocktails and they are very good. I highly recommend the 'Leaving Early Shirley'. I also tried their aged whiskey on the rocks tonight and even though only aged 2ish years, still very good. I also got the combo plate of ribs and brisket. The meat and and sides were excellent. The reason I took off a star is the portions are very small for the price you pay(at the time $16). Feels like most other BBQ places give you double the meat for a similar price. Just not sure I would go again for the food. My wife got the brisket sandwich, and while it was cheaper($12) than the combo plate, it seemed like they gave more meat. For a meal that cost over $50, I'd expect leaving full and very happy, but sadly I went hope still pretty hungry. I'll definitely go back for the drinks, but with the prices of food, I'd probably grab dinner somewhere else before and get drinks there after. Still overall definitely recommend checking it out. They have a drive thru so you don’t even need to get out of your car if you don’t want to! I highly recommend either their chicken fajita burrito or the fish taco which is what they are famous for!”

The staff is amazing and the owner (who is there regularly) makes sure that his bar and restaurant staff are some of the best around. In such a historic building that has been totally transformed into a beautiful dining setting. Food portions are not small, like a typical high end restaurant tends to do. Drink options and plentiful and the bar staff seems to have other off menu items up their sleeve that you MUST try if they offer. It can get busy, but that just shows how good it is. Fireplace area is perfect for a few drinks and conversation. “Always love Pizza Port! Great beer, each location brews beer. This is the only Orange County location. It seems to be always busy. Delicious pizza, spicy wings, and tasty salads. Simple menu that flat out works. I try to find parking up above, then enter and decline through the staircase. They have two levels. Food and beer on the bottom floor. Just beer, tables, and arcade games on the second floor. They have a small outdoor area to eat and drink and people watch. Parking can be troublesome. That's the one negative. Everything else is awesome! Pizza Port is the best!!”
