“This is your basic fast food chain restaurant. Recently remodeled the place looks really good. Conveniently located close to a few shopping centers and also the 5 Freeway.”

“Decent country fried steak. Great pancakes, light, fluffy, delicious. Very good biscuits and gravy. The hash browns are better than the country potatoes. Unfortunately the corned beef hash is awful. It tastes like it has vinegar in it. The omelette is average with the ingredients baked into the eggs and the eggs are slightly overcooked. The Chilaquiles are great. Coffee is average.”

“Small diner. Nothing spectacular about it but I love this kind of place. Small, clean, easy & great breakfast. Closes @2:30pm & only accepts cash, so either bring cash or know that you'll pay the $2-3 ATM fee inside. Either way - I'm a fan. Seems like a good locals spot”

“Customer service is ok. I was greated but no smile. I just wanted my free cinnamon pretzel from Tmobile. I had no issue using my coupon. There were 3 people behind the counter working and only one perso was wearing a nametag and apron.”

“Love this place. The food is amazing. Staff is always friendly and professional. They have something for everyone. I really love their monster cookies, and regular chocolate chip as well. I love their breakfast.”
Address: 301 E First St, Santa Ana, CA 92701, USA
“This McDonald's has the worst the customer service I have ever received but that's just half the time. Some of the employee's are good at there job so it evens out but there almost always busy. Weekend's are probably the busiest. An there restrooms are rarely kept clean. The remodeling doesn't make a difference or change the kind of people who surround the place most the time. Good to find anything illegal.”

“I went on a Saturday morning at 7 a.m right when they opened. Although the food was a bit pricey it was worth it in my opinion. I would recommend it. I ordered my breakfast and it was served in no time. I wasn't expecting them to be this fast. So far good customer service and I got what I expected. Keep up the good work!!!”

“I have now been coming here quite regularly in my trips to the area. I'm not necessarily a creature of habit, but familiarity and knowing I'm not going to be disappointed are important to me. The coffee is really good and the food fresh and tasty, portions very generous and price very good. I also like that there are not too many staff, just the guys in the kitchen and a couple of staff to take your order and serve you. I get a little tired of the endless throng of people in restaurants and cafes in the US that come to your table for a piece of the action. It's very tranquil and low key. Really love it.”

“Cozy Corner Bakery. Staff cared about the store and customer. Great service. Fast and attentive. Well done! Nice quiet outdoor seating if you desire. In a section across the street from the South Coast Plaza mall and the "other" sadder location. Visit this one...you won't be let down.”

“This is one is the busiest McDonald's. Food is always good. Once my friends and I went on a Friday evening they skipped good order and they made him wait longer. Other times I've been there it's full but it is ok. There is also a play area for the kids.”

“It's good but be prepared the price point is high, I paid about 9 dollars for two large iced coffees so this quality comes at a price here.”

“One of my personal favorites for their pancakes, just simple and sweet. Their rotating daily menu always has tempting choices, which no one can blame you for trying. But their short fixed menu is always a good place to order from”

“Standard McDonald's. Going to McDonald's as a kid was a win. Going to McDonald's as an adult feels like defeat - like I couldn't make enough time for a good meal, like I should've been more prepared so I could have a healthy meal, Etc. When I think of a burger, I don't think of McDonald's. McDonald's is McDonald's. Too many corners have been cut over decades, causing McDonald's to become "fake food" - so to speak. Granted, I still eat it "here & there," but it is a last resort. I love Big Macs - a childhood favorite that'll probably stick w me forever. The fries are really the best fries of any fast good. Double cheeseburgers are another go-to of mine, but still, I don't feel like I'm eating a cheeseburger when eating McDonald's. I feel like I'm eating fake food that, usually I can feel my body not liking shortly after eating it. Good taste. Fast food/fast service. Tastes good. But guilt may outweigh all that once your body reminds you why it doesn't like fake food w so much preservatives; Food that can literally be left out on a counter & last days before decomposing while a "normal" burger will go bad after 1/5 the time. Maybe even 1/10 of the time. Of course, that's just my speculation but we all have Google available. Check out for yourselves what kind of food your putting in your body.”
