Sushi Wasabi

Restaurant is a great little secret. Doesn't look like much from the outside but food is amazing.

Very Fresh sushi. 9 course omakase runs $80 per person. Includes:. Albacore belly in ponzu, sea bream nigiri, hamachi belly nigiri, blue crab hand roll, Kumamoto oyster trio, blue fin tuna trio, diver scallop nigiri, Scottish salmon nigiri, baked baby scallops with grilled onions. So 11 pieces of seafood for $80 is a good deal. Obviously uni and sweet shrimp are extra. Note sweet shrimp does not come with deep fried heads.

This is hands down the best suhsi in Southern California, there is no if ands or buts about it.

Best sushi in southern California, hands down. Easily compares to higher rates places in Tokyo.

Very legitimate sushi from a private owner with fresh selection by the day. If you sit at the bar you eat what is fresh and bought that day. If you want commercialized sushi, sit at a table.
