    Very nice and kept up area! Went on national bagel day and got a free bagel for a very cheap price????they also give samples????

    Not sure why there's so much hate on here? Great qaulity food and coffee...you want your drinks and food in under 2 minutes there's a Dunkin donuts in the same complex... I have a 30 min lunch about 5 mins away and make it in and out of here with time to spare all the time

    The ingredients are good quality. The staff simply too inexperienced, so you never know how your bagel is going to come out. Last time I got little cream cheese just on one side. This time so much lox I actually took some out!! All the places around here are like this. It's all young kids and most of them don't have a clue. There's no management whatsoever. The shareholders don't seem to care.
