Mezquite Tacos & Fuego

I know our time is a difficult one right now but eating here made me forget all about it! As I ate these tacos inside my car (pretty comfortable) I suddenly felt I had been transported to downtown Mexico, DF. Wow, food can really do that ??. A must eat here if you consider yourself a foodie...

I normally don't like Al Pastor but this place has the best Al Pastor o have ever had. Especially when you have them do it a little crispy. The staff is always so attentive and nice. Also the coca cola is from Mexico and not the stuff you buy at the store that says it is. I love this place!

I was really surprised this spot was so close to my house and have such authentic street taco LA Mexico feel so close. How convenient for me going forward. If you want to eat something close by and not have to drive to LA and get done like in 3-5min depending on what you order then this is your spot. The atmosphere is so relaxing and you get your food so fast with very competent staff, for sure.

The food was great, the all pastor meat is to die for. The ordering is a little confusing.

First, you think you order and then pay, but you first pay, then they make the order.

The aguas frescas are delicious.

The one weird thing about it is that they serve you on a plate with a plastic bag.

There is a reason why they use these bags in Mexico ?? sometimes. They don't need them here, I predict they'll get rid of the bags within a month.
